This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for courses or training programs.
2. General Policy
- Currently, all course enrollments and payments are handled directly via our academic administration (no online payments yet).
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on course status and administrative approval.
3. Conditions for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Course Cancellation by IMIDeveloper – If a course is cancelled before it starts, students will be fully refunded.
- Administrative Errors – In case of mistakes in registration or billing.
Refunds are not guaranteed if a student decides to withdraw after the course has started or after receiving course materials.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Course Title
- Reason for the request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
5. Final Notes
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method (or as agreed with the administration).
- IMIDeveloper reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
